Do you feel like your pain is holding your life hostage?
Find it difficult to talk about your pain?
Our pain self-management support groups use the Canadian Pain Toolkit Self-Management program as the basis for the educational segment at each meeting. Our trained peer leaders use brief action planning and SMART goal setting to help you learn to self-manage your pain.
We can help you build and lead a strong support team, learn and practice self-management skills, add meaning and purpose back into your life and most importantly to regain the confidence to build your new normal.

Meeting are free, and we encourage (but not mandatory) you to bring along a support person, partner, or family member the meetings.
